EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
Each order contains a Return Policy Form. You can ship us the product at the following addres 11/54 NEKA PURA, Sialkot PAKISTAN.
If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.
Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is "No longer needed".
The product can only be returned, if notified within three days.

If you request to change your product size, you will have to bear the cost of sending us the product back. 
Products on ’SALE’ cannot be returned (Only size can be changed, if notified within 3 days of delivery)
After 3 days of delivery the product is no longer entitled for exchange or refund.
REFUND OF PAYMENT:
PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED ONCE THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED & REVIEWED.
COURIER DELIVERY CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL REFUND AMOUNT.
REFUND PAYMENT WILL BE MADE THROUGH BANK TRANSFER or Easy Paisa.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Fill in the returns form you received with your order. (Attached at the bottom).
Pack your parcel securely, with the product in the original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you.
Attach the return label that you received with your order to the top of the parcel.
Head to your nearest Courier Service Office. 
REFUND POLICY
If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method.
The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. The expected processing time mentioned below is after we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days).
